Are all of your Pokémon products genuine?
Yes. We only sell genuine Pokémon TCG products and represent their condition honestly.
How quickly do you dispatch?
Same working day where possible, otherwise the next working day, and normally within two working days.
Which delivery services do you use?
Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery, depending on the order and service selected.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. At present we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be arranged in Brighton or Shoreham-by-Sea by prior agreement. Contact us before travelling.
Can I return an opened ETB or booster product?
Do not open sealed products if you intend to return them. Once seals or contents have been opened or altered, a change-of-mind return may be refused because condition and contents can no longer be verified. Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
How are orders packaged?
We package orders carefully with collectors in mind and choose appropriate protection for the product type and value.
