UK delivery
Orders are packed carefully and sent using the delivery service selected or shown during checkout.
- Tracking details are provided when available.
- Delivery times begin from dispatch, not from the date a presale order is placed.
- Please make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
- Large or high-value orders may require a signature.
Presale products
Presale items are dispatched after stock has arrived with us. Release dates and supplier delivery dates can change, so any date shown is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
If an order contains both in-stock and presale items, they may be dispatched together when the full order is ready unless agreed otherwise.
Free delivery
Products marked Free UK Delivery include standard UK delivery in the advertised price. Any upgraded delivery options may cost extra.
Local collection
Collection may be arranged in the Brighton or Shoreham-by-Sea area by prior agreement. Do not travel until a collection time and location have been confirmed.
Delivery problem?
If tracking shows a problem, your parcel arrives damaged, or it has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us with your name, order details and delivery postcode.
