Stripe checkout

Online purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Available card and wallet options are shown on the Stripe checkout page.

• Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout.
• Your delivery address and contact details are collected during checkout where required.
• We do not store your full card details on this website.

Other payment methods

Bank transfer or cash on collection may be accepted only where agreed directly with us in advance. Never send payment to account details received from an unexpected message without confirming them with us first.

Payment confirmation

After a successful Stripe payment, you should receive an on-screen confirmation and/or receipt. Keep this for your records.

Payment problems

If checkout fails, check the billing details, available funds and any verification request from your bank. If the problem continues, contact us before trying repeated payments.
