Returns

Simple guidance for cancellations, returns and damaged orders.

Sealed products

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon TCG products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once factory seals, shrink wrap or product packaging have been opened, removed or damaged.

If you wish to cancel an online order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must remain unopened, factory sealed, unused and in the same condition in which they were supplied.

Return conditions

Do not send anything back before contacting us. Approved returns must be securely packaged and returned using a tracked service. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the product, outer packaging and delivery label. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may make a reasonable deduction where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or where packaging or seals have been damaged.

Bank processing times vary, so funds may not appear immediately after a refund is issued.
