1. About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase goods from Ben & Ben The Card Men through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
2. Products and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on screens, print runs or manufacturer changes. Unless stated otherwise, sealed products are supplied factory sealed and cards are genuine Pokémon TCG products.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before payment. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we confirm or begin processing the order. We may cancel and refund an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock discrepancy or other genuine reason preventing fulfilment.
4. Stock and pre-orders
Stock levels are updated automatically but rare timing or technical issues may cause an item to sell after stock has run out. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund. Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change because of supplier or manufacturer delays.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the UK using the services described on our Shipping Information page. Risk passes to the consumer when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer, subject to applicable law.
6. Returns and cancellations
Our Returns & Cancellations page forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Customer conduct and fraud
We may refuse, cancel or limit orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment misuse, abusive behaviour, attempted product swapping, manipulation of sealed goods or misuse of promotional offers.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
